Starting counseling can be overwhelming. In our first session together, I focus on an in depth assessment to better understand the concerns you bring. Together we create a treatment plan and discuss it at the end of the session. From there we work together to meet your goals.
Every relationship comes with it's own conflicts and difficulties. Relationship counseling can help you and your partner(s) better understand where these issues come from, find better ways to communicate, and help you understand ways forward.
